FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER £35

STANDARD UK - £3.50 (Delivered within 2 -3 Working Days) *FREE When You Spend Over £35

PRIORITY UK TRACKED - £6.75 (Delivered Next Working Day If Ordered Before 2pm on a Working Day) *FREE When You Spend Over £60

URGENT UK TRACKED AND SIGNED - £10.75 (Delivered Next Working Day If Ordered Before 2pm on a Working Day) *FREE When You Spend Over £100 

CONTINENT OF EUROPE

FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER £50

STANDARD EUROPE - £6.75 (Delivered Usually In 3-7 Working Days Depending On The Destination Country with some countries taking up to 14 days) *FREE When You Spend Over £50

How Long Does It Take To Dispatch My Order?

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched on the SAME DAY (Monday to Friday - Excluding UK Public Holidays)

Orders placed after 2pm or over the weekend will usually be dispatched the NEXT WORKING DAY.

*During peak times when our warehouse is exceptionally busy it can take an extra day to dispatch but this is a rare occurrence.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email from our warehouse with a link to a tracking page for your order. This is also the page you need to visit should you wish to return or exchange an item so be sure to keep this email safe. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What Is Your Returns and Exchange Policy?

We offer a 30 Day Returns Policy on all our products.  If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unopened and the safety seal NOT broken.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted at our discretion:
* Any item not in its original condition or sell-able for whatever reason.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

My Product Arrived Damaged What Do I Do? 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@naturelo.co.uk. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

How Do I Return To You?

To create your return, click the order tracking link provided to you by email when you placed your order and click RETURN on the top right of the screen. Follow the instructions and if you are wanting an exchange then be sure to include details of which product you would like.

Once you have created the Returns Label, you will need to print it, attached it to the outside of the parcel you are returning the product/s in and post it to us.  Remember, you will need to cover return postage costs. 

We suggest you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot be responsible for receiving your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days (typically a lot sooner).  

I Haven't Received My Refund Yet, What Can I Do?

Refunds can take up to 10 days to process. If 10 days have passed and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@naturelo.co.uk and we will look into what happened.
