If you wish you to return a product, please contact us at support@naturelo.co.uk providing your order number and an explanation of the reason for your return. We will review your return request and provide you with a link to generate a Free Returns Label if approved.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or rejections are given:
a. Any item not in its original condition or sell-able for whatever reason.
b. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Otherwise, your return will be automatically approved. 

 

My order arrived damaged, what can I do?  

We will be happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. Just drop us an email at support@naturelo.co.uk with your order number and we will arrange a replacement for you. 

 

I haven't received my refund yet, what can I do?

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process. If 10 working days have passed and you haven’t received a refund yet, then please contact us by email at support@naturelo.co.uk and we will look into it for you.
