As the official home of NATURELO Premium Supplements in the region, we ship anywhere within the United Kingdom and the Continent of Europe. You can see a complete list of countries we ship to at the bottom of this page. For shipping to any countries not listed, including the USA and Canada, please visit

How Much Does Shipping Cost?


Standard Delivery (2-3 Working Days) - £3.50 | FREE for orders over £35

Next Working Day* - £6.75 | FREE for orders over £100


Standard Delivery (3 -7 working days) - £9.75 | FREE for orders over £100

Next Working Day* - £24.75 | FREE for orders over £250

Please Note:

The cut-off time for Next Working Day delivery is 3pm (Monday - Friday).

Any orders received after 3pm, on the weekend, or on a UK public holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

As we ship from the UK, Standard Delivery to other European countries can take up to 14 working days for delivery, especially those in Eastern Europe.

*Although we ship on the best possible next day service, we cannot guarantee next day delivery as shipping times can vary based upon location. We also cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances outside our control, like delays with the courier themselves. 

How Long Does It Take To Dispatch My Order?

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched on the same day.

Orders placed after the 3pm cut-off time or over the weekend, will be dispatched the next working day. 

Our Working Days are Monday to Friday - Excluding UK Public Holidays

*Please note that during peak times when our warehouse is exceptionally busy it can take an extra day to dispatch, but this is a very rare occurrence.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email from our warehouse with a link to a tracking page for your order. This is also the page you need to visit should you wish to return or exchange an item so be sure to keep this email safe. 


What Is Your Returns and Exchange Policy?

We offer a 30 Day Returns Policy on all our products.  If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unopened and the safety seal NOT broken.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted at our discretion:
* Any item not in its original condition or sell-able for whatever reason.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

You will be responsible for packaging and shipping the item back to us at your own cost.

Any shipping costs you paid us are non-refundable.

My Product Arrived Damaged What Do I Do? 

We will be happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. Just drop us an email at with your order number. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

How Do I Return To You?

To create your return, click the order tracking link provided to you by email when you placed your order and click RETURN on the top right of the screen. Follow the instructions and if you are wanting an exchange then be sure to include details of which product you would like.

Once you have created the Returns Label, you will need to print it, attached it to the outside of the parcel you are returning the product/s in and post it to us.  Remember, you will need to cover return postage costs. 

We suggest you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot be responsible for receiving your returned item.

You will receive a notification from our warehouse once your return is received and inspected. If your item is in acceptable condition, we will automatically credit your original method of payment within 3-10 working days depending on your method of payment. 

I Haven't Received My Refund Yet, What Can I Do?

Refunds can take up to 10 days to process. If 10 days have passed and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at and we will look into it.
