b. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

My order arrived damaged, what can I do?

I haven't received my refund yet, what can I do?
Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process. If 10 working days have passed and you haven’t received a refund yet, then please contact us by email at email@example.com and we will look into it for you.
