Terms of service

Last updated: 30 September 2026

These terms apply when you buy from naturelo.co.uk. Please read them before you order. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer, which always come first.

1. Who we are

naturelo.co.uk is run by Whole Food Health Ltd, trading as NATURELO United Kingdom, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10973408). Our registered office is 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. You can reach us at support@naturelo.co.uk. Please don't send returns to our registered office; email us and we'll send you a returns label and the right address.

2. Your order

When you place an order you'll get an email confirming we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we email to say your order has been dispatched. If we can't accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock or there's an obvious pricing error, we'll tell you and won't take payment, or will refund you in full.

You must be 18 or over to buy from us.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery charges are shown before you pay and are set out in our shipping policy. We take payment when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and PayPal.

Occasionally a price on the site may be wrong. If the correct price is higher than the price shown, we'll contact you before dispatching and you can choose whether to go ahead.

4. Subscribe & Save

  • What you get: 15% off every subscription order, delivered at the frequency you choose. Discounts on subscription and one-off orders don't combine.
  • Payment: we charge your saved payment method on the day each order is prepared. We email you a few days beforehand, so you have time to make changes.
  • Your price: your subscription stays at the price you started on for as long as it runs, even if our prices change.
  • Making changes: you can skip, pause, swap products, change the frequency or update your details from your account at any time before an order is prepared.
  • Cancelling: there's no minimum term and no fee. Cancel from your account in a couple of clicks, or email us and we'll do it for you. Any order already prepared before you cancel will still be sent.
  • If a payment fails: we'll let you know and try again. If it still can't be taken, we may pause your subscription until you update your details.

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the UK, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Delivery options, times and charges are in our shipping policy. Your order is your responsibility once it has been delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Changing your mind

By law you can cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them. Because our products are food supplements sealed for health and hygiene reasons, this legal right ends once a bottle's seal is broken.

Our own 30-day money-back guarantee goes further: you can return a product within 30 days of it arriving, even if it's been opened, for a full refund. The guarantee applies to your first order of each product.

7. If something is wrong

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo and your order number and we'll send a replacement or refund you. You have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for goods that are faulty or not as described, and nothing in these terms affects them.

8. Using our products

Our products are food supplements. They should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Don't exceed the recommended daily intake on the label. Keep them out of reach of young children. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, please speak to your GP, midwife or pharmacist before taking a supplement.

The information on our website is for general interest and isn't medical advice. Always read the label before use.

9. Offers and discount codes

Discount codes and offers can only be used as described, can't be exchanged for cash and can't be combined unless we say so. We may end an offer at any time, but won't change one you've already used on an order.

10. Reviews and content you share

If you post a review or other content on our site, it must be honest and your own, and must not be offensive or unlawful. You allow us to show it on our website and in our marketing, with the name you give when posting. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

11. Our website

The content of this website, including text, images and our brand, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. We try to keep the site accurate and available, but can't promise it will always be free from errors or interruptions.

12. Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that. We aren't responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable. We only supply our products for domestic and private use, so we aren't liable to you for any business losses.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't legally be limited, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

13. Events outside our control

If something outside our reasonable control, such as a postal strike or severe weather, delays an order, we'll let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay. If the delay is long, you can cancel and we'll refund anything you've paid for products you haven't received.

14. Your information

We use your personal information as described in our privacy policy.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. For subscriptions, we'll email you before any significant change takes effect, and you can cancel if you don't want to continue.

16. The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please email us first and we'll do our best to sort it out.
