We don't ship to Ireland or the rest of Europe from this site. Our sister site, naturelo.eu, delivers there without customs charges.
Order before 2pm on a working day and it leaves our UK warehouse the same day; after 2pm, it goes the next working day. Delivery times count from the day it ships. Standard goes by Royal Mail 48 and express by Royal Mail 24, and express can't be guaranteed to remote areas or the Scottish Highlands. We'll email you a tracking link as soon as it's on its way.
