A one a day multivitamin for adults with higher nutrient needs after bariatric surgery. Each vegetarian capsule provides 23 vitamins and minerals, including 36 mg iron (257% NRV), 480 µg vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, 800 µg folate as active L-5-methylfolate and 60 µg vitamin D3, and no calcium, so nothing competes with the iron. 60 capsules; a two month supply.
-
36 mg iron, covered. From ferrous fumarate, 257% NRV. Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin*, the nutrient a post-surgery routine centres on, in the capsule, not a separate pill.
-
B12 in the active form. 480 µg of methylcobalamin, the form the body uses directly. Vitamin B12 contributes to a normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal psychological function.*
-
Folate and D3 at post-surgery levels. 800 µg active L-5-methylfolate (folate contributes to normal blood formation*) and 60 µg vitamin D3 (vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function*).
-
Calcium-free on purpose. Calcium competes with iron for absorption, so it gets its own time of day, not a seat in this capsule.
-
One small capsule, not a handful. 23 nutrients, once a day, with a meal. After surgery, pill burden is real. We kept it to one.
Built for after surgery. Here's the thinking.
Why is there no calcium? Calcium and iron compete for absorption. A capsule that contains both shortchanges the iron, the nutrient bariatric guidelines watch most closely. So this formula leaves calcium out; if your care team has recommended it, take it as a separate product at a different time of day.
Why these forms? The B12 is methylcobalamin and the folate is active L-5-methylfolate, the forms the body uses without conversion. The vitamin K2 is MK-7, the vitamin D is D3. The label tells you the form of every nutrient, because form is the difference between multivitamins that look identical on the front.

Who is this NOT for? If you haven't had bariatric surgery, these doses are more than you're likely to need. Our One Daily multivitamins are the better fit. And this is a food supplement, not a treatment: your surgical team's protocol and blood tests lead; this capsule is how you follow them consistently.

Frequently asked questions
Which procedures is this designed around?
It's formulated for adults with higher nutrient needs after bariatric procedures such as gastric bypass and sleeve gastrectomy. Every team's protocol differs. Follow yours first, and use this capsule as the consistent daily way to meet it.
Why doesn't it contain calcium?
Calcium and iron compete for absorption, and a combined capsule shortchanges the iron. Take any recommended calcium as a separate product at a different time of day.
Is 36 mg of iron a lot?
It's 257% of the standard reference intake, a level formulated for post-surgery needs. If you take any other iron product, check the combined total with your care team, never exceed the recommended dose, and keep the bottle away from young children.
Is it vegetarian? Vegan?
Vegetarian, yes: the capsule shell is plant-derived hypromellose. We don't describe it as vegan because of the vitamin D3 source.
Does it contain gluten or soya?
No. The label states it does not contain GMOs, soya, gluten, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, or preservatives.
How do I know what's actually in it?
The full nutrition table on this page is the label, transcribed: every form, amount and %NRV. Made in the USA with no colouring, preservatives or flavouring, and every bottle carries its batch and best-before.
Can I take it with my other medicines?
Ask your care team or pharmacist, they know your full picture. As a general rule, take it with a meal and keep iron and calcium products at different times of day.
What to expect
Days 1 to 14: Nothing dramatic. That's normal. Nutrient levels build with steady daily intake. Anchor the capsule to the same meal each day.
Weeks 4 to 8: The routine is doing its quiet work. If your team has scheduled blood tests, those are the real scoreboard. This capsule is how you show up to them consistent.
Ongoing: Post-bariatric supplementation is a long-term commitment, not a course. One bottle is two months; most people set a reorder rhythm and stop thinking about it.
Our in-house nutrition tip
After bariatric surgery the arithmetic changes: you absorb less, so a standard multivitamin is usually the wrong tool. What I look for in a post-surgery formula is what this one gets right. The iron is 36 mg from ferrous fumarate, the B12 is methylcobalamin at 480 µg, the folate is active L-5-methylfolate, and there is no calcium in the capsule, because calcium and iron compete for absorption and the iron should win here. One capsule with a meal is a routine people actually keep. And to be clear about what it is not: it does not replace your surgical team's protocol or your blood tests. It is how you follow them, consistently.

DIRECTIONS: Adults take one (1) capsule daily with a meal and a full glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
Caution: Consult your doctor if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding or allergic to any of the ingredients. This product contains iron, which if taken in excess may be harmful to very young children. Store in a cool dry place out of sight and reach of children. Intended for adults 18+.
