33 reviewsA comprehensive whole-food multivitamin from our Complete range, formulated for women over 50 and iron-free by design. Capsules carry vitamins and minerals alongside fruit, vegetable and botanical blends, with a four-capsule daily serving.
- 4 capsules a day
- 120 capsules, one month
- Iron-free
- Bones: D, K, magnesium
- The bone team, together. Vitamin D, vitamin K and magnesium each contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.*

- The defences, covered. Vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, folate and vitamin B12 each contribute to the normal function of the immune system.*
- Iron-free by design. After menopause, iron needs typically change, and many women are advised not to supplement it by default.
The Complete 50+ protocol. Here's the thinking.
What does "Complete" mean at 50+?
The trade the Complete range always makes, openly: a bigger daily serving carrying a broader formula, in exchange for depth you'd otherwise assemble yourself. The 50+ version is a formulation decision, chosen nutrients and amounts for a different decade, iron left out on purpose. It is maintenance for a woman planning the next chapter, not a corrective for it.
No formula, however broad, out-eats a bad month. This covers gaps in depth; meals still do the real work.
Why this formula
Check the serving size before you compare.
The quiet trick of the multivitamin shelf: 120 capsules can be four months' supply or one month's, depending on the daily serving. Ours is four capsules, which makes this bottle a one-month supply (30 servings). Whatever you buy, ours included, divide the capsule count by the serving before you judge the price.
Who is this NOT for?
If what you want is one capsule and a done routine, our Women's 50+ Daily Essentials Multivitamin is built for exactly that preference, and it isn't the junior option. If you're under 50, the standard Women's Whole Food Multivitamin is the closer fit; choose the life stage first, then the depth.
Benefit highlights, in full
(unedited field 4, kept for the accordion): - A deeper protocol for the next chapter. The Complete range exists for women who want broader coverage from one considered formula rather than a growing collection of separate fixes. The 50+ version tunes that breadth to this life stage, practically and without theatre. - The bone team, together. Vitamin D, vitamin K and magnesium each contribute to the maintenance of normal bones*, in the same daily serving rather than spread across three bottles. - The engine, covered. Riboflavin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and magnesium each contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism*, the unglamorous daily work a broad formula is for. - The defences, covered. Vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, folate and vitamin B12 each contribute to the normal function of the immune system.* - Iron-free by design. After menopause, iron needs typically change, and many women are advised not to supplement it by default. So we left it out. If iron belongs in your routine, your GP will say so, and it should arrive as its own deliberate decision.

Questions
Why is there no iron?
By design. Iron needs typically change after menopause, and routine supplementation is not the default advice. Leaving it out keeps the formula matched to its life stage; if your GP recommends iron, add it as a separate product at a dose that's yours to control.
Should I take this or the 50+ Daily Essentials?
Different routines, honestly offered. Daily Essentials is one capsule, once a day, done. Complete is a broader formula carried by a larger daily serving. Pick the routine you'll actually keep; that's the only ranking that matters.
I'm under 50. Is this still fine?
The better fit is our standard Women's Whole Food Multivitamin, which runs the same Complete philosophy without the 50+ formulation. Life stage first, then Daily versus Complete. If you're pregnant or recently had a baby, our Prenatal and Postnatal formulas are the right rooms.
How many capsules a day is it?
Four. The label's own suggestion is to split the serving across meals, two capsules with breakfast and two with dinner, so no single moment carries the whole routine.
What's in the botanical blends?
Fruit, vegetable and botanical powders, each named in the full label declaration printed on this page: a fruit and vegetable blend, a digestive enzyme and live-culture blend , and joint health, brain health, heart health and eye health blends. We'll say the plain thing: powdered plants are an addition to vegetables, never a replacement for them.
How do I know what's actually in it?
The nutrition table on this page lists every nutrient, its form, the amount and the %NRV. Every bottle carries its batch number and best-before date.
What to expect
Days 1 to 14: Nothing dramatic, and that's normal. A multivitamin works by steady daily intake. Settle the serving into your mealtimes until it stops being a decision.
Weeks 4 to 8: The protocol has become ordinary, which is the point. Depth you don't have to think about is what you paid for.
Ongoing: One bottle is a one-month supply at the four-a-day serving. Set the reorder rhythm once and let the routine run. This is maintenance, kept calmly, on your terms.
Pack options
Two pack sizes, one formula. The only thing that changes is how long the bottle lasts and how often you make a buying decision.
| Pack | Supply at the label serving | Subscribe & save cadence |

Our in-house nutrition tip
What I look for in a women's 50+ multivitamin is whether the formulation actually changed with the life stage or just the packaging did. This one changed where it matters: no added iron, because post-menopause that's the sensible default, and the bone nutrients travelling together, vitamin D, vitamin K and magnesium in one serving rather than three bottles. The label names everything, blends included. Check the serving size before you compare prices; it's the number the shelf hopes you'll skip. And to be clear about what it is not: it does not replace meals, strength work, or the conversations you have with your GP. It covers the gaps in depth; the rest is still yours to run.
