I’ve been taking this supplement for over 6 months now. I am happy with the results, my regular blood tests always come with really good levels 🤗

I have been using the bariatric multivitamin for nearly 4 years now after having bowel reconstruction and I have an annual vitamin panel which shows everything is where it should be with the exception of b12 for which I have injections. I cannot speak highly enough of naturelo bariatric multivitamins . Makes my life so much easier just to take 1 capsule a day and keep everything on track . Many thanks

Easiest way to get all your bariatric vitamins
One a day with everything the surgeon told me to take. Big capsules but still easier than trying to remember 7 different pills at different times. All my blood tests are good and I feel fine so I presume they're working 😄

These really do work and I only have to take 1 a day ! I have had a blood panel tested and they are doing what they claim to do . Very pleased.

My only gripe is that they are a little on the large side but I expect that’s why it is only one a day. They clearly work having just had my blood test results and given the all clear.

This one-a-day multivitamin is made for adults who've had weight-loss surgery, such as a gastric bypass or sleeve. Everything comes in one capsule a day.
There's 36mg of iron as ferrous fumarate. Folate comes as methylfolate and B12 as methylcobalamin, which your body can use straight away, and the amounts are generous for this stage, with 800 micrograms of folate and 480 micrograms of B12. Alongside those are 60 micrograms of vitamin D3, magnesium from marine algae, iodine from kelp and vitamin C with acerola cherry. A cheerful blend of apple, carrot, kale, mango, orange and spinach sits behind it all.
It's gluten-free and suitable for vegetarians, with no unnecessary fillers in the capsule, just what's needed for the formula.
Take one capsule a day with a meal. It's made to follow the advice of your surgical team, never to replace it, so keep them in the loop and let their guidance lead your routine.

How do I take it?
One capsule a day with a meal and a full glass of water.
Can I open the capsule?
Yes. Pull it apart and stir the powder into food or a smoothie. After surgery, follow your bariatric team's advice on when and how to take it.
Does it contain iron?
Yes, 36 mg per capsule. If you've been told to limit iron, check with your bariatric team or GP first.
Does it contain calcium?
No, calcium isn't one of the nutrients in this formula. Your bariatric team can advise you on calcium.
Is it vegan?
Yes. The capsule is plant-based, and it's free from soya, gluten, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts and sesame.
Why is there a UK sticker on the bottle?
The bottle carries its original US label, so we add a UK sticker with the nutrition information in the UK format. Go by the UK sticker.
How do I read the best before date?
It's printed month first, US style. So 03/06/2028 means 6 March 2028.
Can I take it with my other supplements?
Usually, yes. Check the labels so you don't double up on the same nutrient, and never go over the stated dose. If you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under medical supervision, check with your GP or pharmacist first.
How long before I notice anything?
Everyone is different. A supplement tops up your diet day after day, so take it every day and give it a couple of months to settle into your routine.
When will it arrive?
Order by 12pm on a working day and we send it the same day. Delivery is free on every order. Standard delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days. Orders over £50 go by free express delivery. Guernsey and Jersey take 3 to 6 working days.
How do returns work?
If it isn't right for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery, even if it's opened, and we'll refund you in full. Email support@naturelo.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you a free returns label. The guarantee covers your first order of each product.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Log in to your account to change the date or frequency, skip a delivery, pause or cancel. There's no need to call or email us. We'll also email you 3 days before each delivery, so nothing arrives by surprise.

Capsular smaller in the order I have just received, mcg appear to be the same, but the %NRV is significantly less??? Still 1 capsual per day, how is that then?
I’ve enclosed photos of the original pot so you can compare, I will get them re checked by my dietitian I think

The new batch of the Bariatric multivitamin has a smaller capsule with similar amounts of nutrients. The reason for the change is to make it easier to swallow, but also to update the product in line with the latest guidelines and research for the amounts needed post surgery.
Also, please keep in mind that as the ingredients used are natural based, the %NRVs can vary across batches and when new ingredients are sourced.
The NRVs in the UK are different to those in the US, so the % may be different depending on the label you are looking at. The product formulation is the same.

I find the repeat order system very useful, the vitamins are sent out every month and I don't have to remember, plus if you have a few too many, you can suspend the order for a couple of month and them resume again without problem. Always arrives well packed and on time.

Tablets a little on the large size but they work great. Had my bloods checked recently and everything is within normal range, what more could you want.

Having suffered from brittle hair and nails for many years and not being able to grow either, I did not have much faith in this complex however I was so wrong not to. For the first time in that long I cannot remember, I am growing a fringe. I cannot rate this product highly enough and I love being able to subscribe and have them sent when I need them as my organisation skills aren't too good.
