Been using for around a year now and can really feel the difference in energy levels and general well being, I take two when I get up after breakfast. Then another 2 around 3 - 4pm to give me a boost through the rest of the day.

Great supplements I have been using generic multi vitamins for years before switching to these Realising that vitamins that are from a food source have a metabolic pathway so your body uses the nutrients instead of passing them straight through your system no more bright yellow wee as you pass all that ascorbic acid you took for vitamin C I feel great for using these more energy good immunity noticeably reduced eczema and hay fever As a vegetarian doing a very physical job I’ll be sticking with these. I can’t recommend this product enough. I did my research into the best multivitamin on the market and this came out on top. Although 4 capsules a day seems a little excessive it just ensures you get the most out of the product and it’s easy to use ( just two with breakfast and then two with dinner). Since using I have increased energy and just a general feeling of better wellbeing. The fact it’s all natural is a huge plus and it’s good to know that I’m receiving certain vitamins not included in my diet.
Great vegetarian product
This vegan multivitamin is perfect! I normally take one in the morning and three at night an hour before bed you really do wake up feeling like you have slept well and recovered i find it helps with building muscle and recovery time and it has plenty health benefits . I believe a multivitamin is becoming more essential this day and age due to the toxic acidic environment and poor nutrition from our food sources (depleted soils poor quality GMO etc) Being a certified nutritionist I recommend this product and i give it 5 stars !

I love the fact that this is an all natural multi-vit I don’t believe your body recognises Vitamins/minerals when they’re synthetically made in a lab. Most of the nutrients are at or over the RDA and as a result I’ve been able to reduce the amount of supplements I use by half! The only things I top up on are magnesium zinc and calcium. Great work will be topping up again soon.

A fuller whole-food multivitamin, spread across four capsules a day so there's room for a much broader formula. The core vitamins and minerals are all here, including 25 micrograms of vitamin D3 from lichen and 300mg of magnesium from marine algae. Folate and B12 come as methylfolate and methylcobalamin, the forms your body can use straight away.
Then comes the part we enjoy most. There's a fruit and vegetable blend of beetroot, carrot, broccoli, kale, spinach, blueberry, raspberry, cranberry, pomegranate and blackcurrant leaf, and a botanical side with maca, decaf green tea, panax ginseng, ginkgo, ginger, turmeric and Ceylon cinnamon. CoQ10, grape seed and resveratrol sit alongside, and digestive enzymes with a live culture, B. breve, round it all off.
It's vegan and gluten-free, and there are no unnecessary fillers, so every capsule is given over to the formula itself.
Take two capsules with breakfast and two with dinner, which keeps each serving comfortable to swallow.
