Most supplement pages ask for your trust. Ours ask for your scrutiny. Everything we publish about a product comes from its label, and everything on the label comes with its paperwork.
Every number on our pages is the label, transcribed
When you read a NATURELO product page, you're reading the UK label on the bottle. The same nutrients, in the same forms, at the same amounts, with the same sources. We don't round the numbers to look neater and we don't reorder the list to hide the quiet ingredients at the bottom.
That sounds like a small thing. In this industry it isn't. Plenty of product pages are written by marketing teams who've never held the bottle. Ours are transcribed, then checked against the label before they go live, and updated whenever a label changes.
So check us. Put the bottle next to the screen. That's what the page is for.
Made in the USA, to GMP
NATURELO products are made in the USA in facilities operating to GMP, which stands for Good Manufacturing Practice. It's worth knowing what that involves, because "quality tested" on its own is a phrase that can mean almost anything.
Under GMP, a facility must:
- verify the identity of each raw ingredient before it's used, so what goes into the blend is what the supplier says it is
- follow a written specification for every product, covering amounts, forms and limits for contaminants
- keep batch records, so any bottle can be traced back to exactly how, when and from what it was made
- test finished batches against that specification before release
Each batch is released with its paperwork, including a certificate of analysis: the document that records what was tested and what was found.
We won't list badges we don't hold, and you won't find invented seals on our packaging. What we claim is what we can show.
What we will and won't say
UK law keeps a public register of the health claims a food supplement may make, each tied to a specific nutrient at a specific level. We treat that register as a hard boundary, and honestly, we think the discipline suits us.
So here's our policy:
- If we state a benefit, it names the nutrient it belongs to, uses the authorised wording, and the product contains enough of that nutrient to qualify.
- We don't promise outcomes and we don't borrow medical language. Supplements are not medicines, and nothing we publish will suggest otherwise.
- We don't dress claims up as customer stories or imagery. The rules apply to hints as much as to sentences.
- Food comes first. A supplement supports a varied diet and a decent routine. It doesn't replace either, and we won't suggest otherwise.
If a page of ours ever reads more modestly than a competitor's, this is why. We're comfortable with that trade.
How to read your bottle
Every bottle carries two pieces of small print worth understanding.
The batch number identifies the exact production run your bottle came from. Give us that number and we can trace your bottle back to its batch records and its certificate of analysis. That's the whole point of it: accountability you can invoke from your kitchen.
The best-before date is about potency, not safety. Nutrient levels decline slowly over time, so the date marks how long the product is guaranteed to contain what the label declares. Store the bottle as the label directs, usually cool, dry and out of direct sunlight, and it will hold its numbers to that date.
