A complete whole-food multivitamin made for women over fifty, with all the main vitamins and minerals plus digestive enzymes, live cultures and a thoughtful set of botanicals, spread across four capsules a day.
The calcium and magnesium both come from marine algae, with 200mg of calcium and 310mg of magnesium, which takes you most of the way to the daily reference amount for magnesium. There's 25 micrograms of vitamin D, and folate and B12 come in their methylated forms. Behind all of that is a colourful blend of beetroot, blueberry, broccoli, kale, pomegranate and spinach, alongside glucosamine, MSM and boswellia, and a warming touch of ginger, turmeric and Ceylon cinnamon.
It's vegan and gluten-free, and there are no unnecessary fillers, so every one of the four capsules is there to do its share.
Take two capsules with breakfast and two with dinner, with a full glass of water. It suits a woman who'd rather have one complete formula than a shelf of separate bottles, and it fits as happily into a busy working week as it does into a slower one with more time for the garden.
What it supports: Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, and calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes.

Can I open the capsule?
Yes. The label says you can open the capsules and add the powder to food or a drink.
Does it contain iron?
No. There's no added iron in this formula.
What is it free from?
It's free from soya, gluten, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame and preservatives, and comes in a vegetarian capsule.
What's the difference between this and the Women's 50+ One Daily?
Both are iron-free. The Complete is four capsules a day, with higher amounts of most vitamins and minerals and added whole-food, enzyme and botanical blends. The One Daily 50+ is one capsule a day.
Why is there a UK sticker on the bottle?
The bottle carries its original US label, so we add a UK sticker with the nutrition information in the UK format. Go by the UK sticker.
How do I read the best before date?
It's printed month first, US style. So 03/06/2028 means 6 March 2028.
Can I take it with my other supplements?
Usually, yes. Check the labels so you don't double up on the same nutrient, and never go over the stated dose. If you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under medical supervision, check with your GP or pharmacist first.
How long before I notice anything?
Everyone is different. A supplement tops up your diet day after day, so take it every day and give it a couple of months to settle into your routine.
When will it arrive?
