Where do I start?

With a daily multivitamin that suits where you are in life. Build your routine asks a few quick questions and suggests one, plus any top-ups.

What's the difference between One Daily and Complete?

One Daily and Daily Essentials are one capsule a day. The Complete formulas are four capsules, with room for more of everything and extras like botanicals and digestive enzymes.

Is it vegan?

Most of our range is, and each product page says clearly. The exceptions are Omega-3 Fish Oil (fish oil), Hair, Skin & Nails, and Glucosamine. The Bariatric Multivitamin and Vitamin C are vegetarian.

Is it gluten-free?

Most of our range is, and each product page says so.

I'm pregnant. Which one?

Our Prenatal is made for trying, pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do let your midwife or GP know what you're taking.

I take medication. Can I take these?

Please check with your GP or pharmacist before adding any supplement.

Taking them

How do I take them?

With food and a glass of water. The product page tells you how many and when.

Can I open the capsules?

Most of ours open easily. Stir the powder into yoghurt, a smoothie or soft food.

Why does the bottle smell a little?

The whole-food ingredients have a natural smell when you open the bottle. That's normal.

Why is there a sticker on my bottle?

It's the UK label, with the information UK law asks for, placed over the original.

Can I skip, pause or cancel?

Yes, from your account, whenever you like. No fees and no minimum term.

Will my price go up?

Your subscription stays at the price you started on for as long as it runs.

Delivery and returns

How long does delivery take?

Free UK delivery, usually 1 to 2 working days. Order before 2pm on a working day and it goes out the same day.

What if it's not for me?

Send it back within 30 days, even if it's opened, and we'll refund you. Email us with your order number and we'll send a free returns label.

My order arrived damaged.

Email us a photo and we'll send a replacement. There's nothing to send back.
