I choose this daily multivitamin because it seems as natural as possible for a supplement and contains good levels of a multitude of vitamins and minerals for overall wellbeing. It's easy to take every day with a drink at breakfast time and I feel healthy.

One of the best vitamins

I've been taking the same brand for more than 3 years, natural source, covers almost what I need, I hardly get ill or recovering very quickly from anything, amd I'm sure this helps as well, best multiitamin I have ever bought, highly recommended.

Slight change in ingredients

We have bought this repeatedly in the last 2 years for my wife, and Naturelo is a brand we can trust. There is however a slight change in the ingredients that make the capsule. It used to contain vegetable cellulose only but they added maltodextrin recently. While we aren't excited about this addition, we found that we can open the capsules and consume the powder for less additives. We'll keep purchasing this vitamin.

I ran out and noticed the difference

I researched plant-based multi vitamins and minerals thoroughly before deciding upon Naturelo and noticed the beneficial effects within days of starting. I've been taking this One Daily for about 8mths now. I ran out there for about a week and really noticed my health going down. I'm recovering from chronic health issues with Medical Medium info and this supplement is an affordable adjunct to the celery juice, heavy metal detox smoothie and all the masses of fruit, veg, wild plants and herbs I'm taking. My wife always had troubles with taking huge vitamin tablets, but this capsule is really good especially that it can be put into food or smoothie. Does not have bad smell. And the best feedback is that her doctor told us that her blood result is the best anyone can ever wish for.

This multivitamin seems to work well and helped my wife recover from fatigue. This didn't happen miraculously overnight, but one has to bear in mind that natural-based supplements with moderate dosages offer health benefits when taken long-term.

This is a very good product.It contains everything you need to look after your skin nails hair and so much more. Since using it I have so much more energy and vitality too. Great quality natural vitamins from whole food sources. Contains the best forms of each vitamin or nutrient. Bought it mainly because it contains folate rather than folic acid but all other vitamins are the better forms as well (e.g. Vitamin A from beta carotene rather than retinol etc)

Great natural product

They supplement me with enough energy. I take them at dinner time and they don't interact with my sleep. Also they are easy on the stomach and don't make you feel hyper as they contain NO caffeine (which is a good thing) so I know the energy I get is natural.

These were purchased for my girlfriend as she was after a decent whole-food multivitamin. I already take the one offered from Naturelo for Men so i recommended these to her. She was happy with the fact that they are whole-food and also contain a specific blend for Women so they cover any vitamin needs necessary (obviously diet is still key with any supplement regime!) Healthy combination of vit/min that work !

I was feeling off parr ! tired etc. After taking for 4 days felt so much better can't swallow so open & put in yogurt doesn't taste too nice but ok. My Applied Kinesiologist tested me and said 10/10 they are good ! so will continue to take more natural than ordinary vit/min pills. Had done some investigations and they came out tops !!!

I feel great on these

I am someone who struggles with energy highs and lows due to being diabetic and on lots of immune suppressants. Since I've been taking these I've noticed a big improvement in my energy consistency. This in turn helps my moods and my moods then help my energy levels :) I also like taking one a day not three a day like so many multiple vitamins. Will keep buying these.

Bought these for my Wife after they were recommended to her by a friend. Since then the whole family is now on them. These are quality multivitamins organic and veggie. They don't give you bloated feeling like many others do and can be taken either with or without food. Highly recommended!

Improved skin and hair

I purchased these because i Was looking for a natural vitamin supplement that didnt contain any synthetic vitamins. So I ended up with these after looking and reading about it everywhere and it seems that this is the best you can get. I have been taking them for months now. My wife who were low on certain vitamins already feels that her hair and skin are getting much better after a few months and that must be a good indicator that it works wonders on your body. It’s an investment in your health. I wanna be here as long as possible :) that’s why I take them every day.

This is my favorite vitamin - it makes me feel good and I only have to take one capsule per day. I felt a noticed improvement in my mood and energy after taking these vitamins. Highly recommended!

food-state vitamins and minerals

I love the fact that these are food-state vitamins and minerals. They are an addition to our diet. If you can't eat enough vegetables and fruit this supplement could add those missing nutrients. Although do not ever rely on the supplement alone. The diet still needs to be very good. Being a food-state complex these vitamins and minerals are absorbed and assimilated much better than most synthetic forms. They are also an easier to take formulation - just one per day. The dose is still higher than in some other food-state vitamin/mineral options I have seen on the market. As a naturopath I would recommend these to my clients.

I did a lot of research on the best types of multivitamin as I need to be on one for the rest of my life due to a digestive condition. These ones seemed to use the best type of vitamin from my research and I love the fact that they're organic. It contains an organic fruit and vegetable blend and one of the biggest bonuses for me - no fillers. Very easy on the stomach and the capsule is made of vegetable cellulose. It is easy to pull apart and I empty the contents into my morning protein smoothie. My skin is clearer my hair feels thicker - I had been suffering from hormone related hair loss. I would highly recommend this product.

I've been taking these multivitamins for a good few months and i have noticed a difference in my skin and energy levels. Best natural multivitamin supplement

This is by far one of the best natural organic multivitamin and mineral supplements I have found. It improved my hair growth and completely resolved any deficiencies I had with chipped and flakey nails. My energy and general well being had improved greatly since taking this. The ingredients are high quantities yet completely fine in my system. And most importantly for me the forms which the ingredients come in are the best you can get i.e folate as opposed to folic acid. Unlike many supplements where you need to take several capsules a day this is just one a day. Excellent product and natural in the body.
