Accessibility statement

Last reviewed: 2 October 2026

We want everyone to be able to use naturelo.co.uk, including people who use a screen reader, magnification, voice control or a keyboard only.

What we're doing

We rebuilt our website in October 2026 and are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That includes clear headings, text descriptions for images, good colour contrast, and pages that work with a keyboard and at larger text sizes.

How we've tested it

On 2 October 2026 we ran an automated accessibility test on eleven of our main page types, at desktop and mobile sizes. That covered the homepage, two product pages, a collection page, Build your routine, a ready-made routine, reviews, FAQs, contact, the Learn hub and the basket. The test found three issues, which we fixed the same day, and every page then passed.

Automated tests only catch some problems. We have not yet had an independent audit or tested with people who use assistive technology.

What may not work well yet

  • Some product images show the label. The ingredients, directions and warnings are also on each product page as text. If you can't find something, email us and we'll send it to you.
  • Some features come from other providers, such as product reviews, the subscription account pages and the checkout, and we don't fully control how accessible they are.

Tell us if something doesn't work

If you have trouble using any part of our website, or need information in a different format, please email support@naturelo.co.uk. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We usually reply within one working day, Monday to Friday, and we will help you place an order or find what you need in another way.

We review this statement when we make significant changes to the website.
