Teenage boys seem to grow somewhere between breakfast and bedtime. One week the trousers fit, the next they're above the ankle, and the fridge is empty by Wednesday. It's a busy, brilliant stage to watch.
A whole-food multivitamin made for teenage boys, with the everyday vitamins and minerals across two capsules a day. There's 8mg of zinc, 15 micrograms of vitamin D3 from lichen, and folate and B12 as methylfolate and methylcobalamin. Calcium and magnesium come from marine algae, and iodine comes from kelp.
Tucked in alongside are some lovely extras: a fruit and vegetable blend of blueberry, carrot, kale, pomegranate, raspberry and spinach, lutein and zeaxanthin from marigold flowers, rutin from the Japanese pagoda tree, and lycopene.
It's vegan and gluten-free, and we've kept it free of unnecessary fillers so everything in there has a purpose.
He takes one capsule with breakfast and one with dinner, each with a glass of water. Keeping the bottle where he'll see it, by his cereal bowl or next to his water bottle, makes it easy for him to remember on his own. It fits neatly into term time, heavy training weeks and exam season, and just as easily into long summer holidays.
What it supports: Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance.

It's printed month first, US style. So 03/06/2028 means 6 March 2028.
Usually, yes. Check the labels so you don't double up on the same nutrient, and never go over the stated dose. If you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under medical supervision, check with your GP or pharmacist first.
Everyone is different. A supplement tops up your diet day after day, so take it every day and give it a couple of months to settle into your routine.
