An everyday multivitamin for men over 50, with the main vitamins and minerals in one capsule. There are 25 micrograms of vitamin D3 from lichen, 60 micrograms of biotin and 45 micrograms of vitamin K2. Folate comes as 400 micrograms of methylfolate and B12 as methylcobalamin, the forms your body can use straight away, and the calcium and magnesium come from marine algae with iodine from kelp.
Behind the nutrients sits a small, colourful blend of blueberry, carrot, kale, pomegranate, raspberry and spinach, which we think is a lovely touch in something so small.
It's vegan and gluten-free, with no unnecessary fillers, so there's one capsule and nothing more to think about.
Take it with a meal and a full glass of water. Plenty of people like it at breakfast, alongside the morning paper or before the dog walk, but lunch works just as well if that's when you sit down properly.
What it supports: Magnesium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, thiamin contributes to the normal function of the heart, and iodine and zinc contribute to normal cognitive function.

How do I take it?
One capsule a day with a meal and a full glass of water. Most people take it with breakfast.
Can I open the capsule?
Yes. Pull it apart and stir the powder into food or a smoothie. It tastes of vitamins, so something with flavour works best.
Is it vegan?
Yes. The capsule is plant-based, and it's free from soya, gluten, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts and sesame.
What's the difference between this and the Men's One Daily?
The 50+ has more vitamin D (1,000 IU instead of 880 IU) and biotin, and slightly more vitamin A, B6, B12, calcium and magnesium. Both are one capsule a day.
What's the difference between this and the Men's 50+ Complete?
The One Daily 50+ is one capsule a day. The Men's 50+ Complete is four capsules a day, with higher amounts and added whole-food, enzyme and botanical blends.
Why is there a UK sticker on the bottle?
The bottle carries its original US label, so we add a UK sticker with the nutrition information in the UK format. Go by the UK sticker.
How do I read the best before date?
It's printed month first, US style. So 03/06/2028 means 6 March 2028.
Can I take it with my other supplements?
Usually, yes. Check the labels so you don't double up on the same nutrient, and never go over the stated dose. If you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under medical supervision, check with your GP or pharmacist first.
How long before I notice anything?
Everyone is different. A supplement tops up your diet day after day, so take it every day and give it a couple of months to settle into your routine.
When will it arrive?
