A one-a-day multivitamin formulated for men over 50, without iron. Each vegan capsule delivers vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, folate as active L-5-methylfolate and vitamin K2 as MK-7, with calcium and magnesium from Aquamin seaweed.
- No iron
- 60 capsules, two months
- B12 as methylcobalamin
- Vitamin K2 as MK-7
-
The heart gets a named nutrient. Thiamine contributes to the normal function of the heart.*
-
Staying sharp is on the label too. Zinc and iodine contribute to normal cognitive function*, and vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, folate and B12 each contribute to the normal function of the immune system*.
-
Forms you can check. Methylcobalamin, active L-5-methylfolate, pyridoxal 5'-phosphate, MK-7.
What actually changes at 50. Here's the thinking.
Why iron-free?
Because after 50, daily iron usually stops being a sensible default for men. Leaving it out keeps the formula an honest everyday baseline. If your GP has recommended iron for a specific reason, add it as its own product at its own dose.
No capsule replaces movement, decent food or the check-ups you've been meaning to book.
Why this formula
Turning 50 doesn't suddenly make health a rescue project. What it changes is the arithmetic, and this formula follows the arithmetic.
Why these forms?
Methylcobalamin and active L-5-methylfolate are used by the body without conversion. The K2 is MK-7, the B6 is pyridoxal 5'-phosphate, and the calcium and magnesium come from seaweed. Nothing here trades on age-related worry; it trades on a legible label.
Who is this NOT for?
Under 50, our Men's Daily Essentials is the more natural fit. If you want a broader formula with a larger daily serving, the Men's 50+ Complete Multivitamin is that preference served properly, and choosing the simpler one is not the lesser choice.
Benefit highlights, in full
(unedited field 4, kept for the accordion): - Built for the 50+ baseline. One vegan capsule a day, formulated for this stage rather than relabelled from a younger formula, and iron-free by design. - Energy metabolism, handled quietly. B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism*, the background work you only notice when it's missing. - The heart gets a named nutrient. Thiamine contributes to the normal function of the heart*, stated plainly because the register lets us say exactly that and no more. - Staying sharp is on the label too. Zinc and iodine contribute to normal cognitive function*, and vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, folate and B12 each contribute to the normal function of the immune system*. - Forms you can check. Methylcobalamin, active L-5-methylfolate, pyridoxal 5'-phosphate, MK-7. The form column is where this formula earns its keep.

Questions
What's different about a 50+ formula?
The honest answer: the iron is gone and the formulation is set for this stage of life. What it is not is a medicalised product for decline. Same one-a-day habit, adjusted inputs.
Is it vegan?
Yes. Vegetable cellulose capsule, sold as vegan capsules, with the full ingredient declaration printed on this page so you can check rather than trust.
Should I take this or the 50+ Complete?
This one if you want a deliberately simple foundation in a single daily capsule. Complete if you actively want a broader formula and a bigger serving. It's a preference, not a ranking.
How do I know what's actually in it?
The nutrition table on this page lists every nutrient, its form, the amount and the %NRV. Every bottle carries its batch number and best-before date.
Can I take it with my medicines?
Ask your pharmacist or GP; they can see your whole picture. As a general habit, take the capsule with a meal and keep the list of what you take written down somewhere.
When should I take it?
With a meal, at the same time daily. Breakfast works for most people. The routine is the point.
What to expect
Days 1 to 14: No fireworks. A daily multivitamin builds by repetition, so tie it to the same meal and let it become automatic.
Weeks 4 to 8: The capsule is now furniture in the morning routine. Good. The baseline is being kept without you spending attention on it.
Ongoing: One bottle is two months. Most people set a reorder rhythm and get on with the more interesting parts of staying in the game.

Our in-house nutrition tip
What I look for in a 50+ men's multivitamin is what has been taken out as much as what's gone in. Iron should be gone, and here it is. The forms should hold up under reading: methylcobalamin rather than cyanocobalamin, active L-5-methylfolate rather than folic acid, MK-7 for the K2, minerals from seaweed rather than rock salts. One capsule with breakfast is a routine a busy man keeps. What it does not replace: exercise, real food, and the GP appointments that actually track how you're doing.
