That includes 14mg of iron as ferrous bisglycinate, 22 micrograms of vitamin D3 from lichen and 300mg of magnesium from marine algae. Folate and B12 come as methylfolate and methylcobalamin, the forms your body can use straight away.
The rest is where it gets really interesting. A fruit and vegetable blend brings beetroot, carrot, broccoli, kale, spinach, blueberry, raspberry, cranberry, pomegranate and blackcurrant leaf. A botanical blend adds maca, decaf green tea, panax ginseng, ginkgo, ginger, turmeric and Ceylon cinnamon, with CoQ10, grape seed and resveratrol alongside. Digestive enzymes and a live culture, B. breve, finish it off.
It's vegan and gluten-free, and nothing goes in without a reason, so there are no unnecessary fillers.

Can I open the capsule?
Yes. The label says you can open the capsules and add the powder to food or a drink.
What is it free from?
It's free from soya, gluten, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame and preservatives, and comes in a vegetarian capsule.
What's the difference between this and the Women's One Daily?
The Complete is four capsules a day, with higher amounts of most vitamins and minerals, 14 mg of iron and added whole-food, enzyme and herbal blends. The One Daily is one capsule a day with 9 mg of iron.
What about the Women's 50+ Complete?
It's also four capsules a day, but it has no added iron, and it has a glucosamine, MSM and boswellia blend in place of the energy blend.
Why is there a UK sticker on the bottle?
The bottle carries its original US label, so we add a UK sticker with the nutrition information in the UK format. Go by the UK sticker.
How do I read the best before date?
It's printed month first, US style. So 03/06/2028 means 6 March 2028.
Can I take it with my other supplements?
Usually, yes. Check the labels so you don't double up on the same nutrient, and never go over the stated dose. If you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under medical supervision, check with your GP or pharmacist first.
How long before I notice anything?
Everyone is different. A supplement tops up your diet day after day, so take it every day and give it a couple of months to settle into your routine.
