I have been taking this magnesium for some time now. I can't really comment on whether I notice any difference that it has made. But I was advised to take magnesium and I struggled to find ones that didn't make me tired and lightheaded. But gave these a go and they are excellent as I don't experience any side effects. So will continue to purchase.

Great natural product
Natural forms of magnesium has to better for the body. I found these easy to swallow and magnesium is known for all benefits to the body especially the heart. Has been known to reduce palpatations which I suffered from in the past not do much now. Will continue to use this natural form unlike the other chemical based ones.

The magnesium comes as a blend of bisglycinate, which is magnesium bound to glycine, an amino acid, and magnesium oxide. Each capsule gives you 200mg, just over half the daily reference amount, resting on a base of spinach, chard, pumpkin, quinoa, black beans, flaxseed, okra and sunflower seed.
It's vegan and gluten-free, with nothing added that doesn't need to be there.

Each capsule gives 200 mg of magnesium from 513 mg of a buffered complex of magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium oxide, plus a 30 mg blend of magnesium-rich plants.
Is the 200 mg the amount of magnesium itself?
Yes. 200 mg (53% NRV) is the magnesium you get, not the weight of the complex it comes from.
Should I take it in the morning or at night?
The label doesn't set a time. Take it with food at whatever time suits your routine.
Is it vegan?
Yes. The capsule is plant-based, and it's free from soya, gluten, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts and peanuts.
Why is there a UK sticker on the bottle?
The bottle carries its original US label, so we add a UK sticker with the nutrition information in the UK format. Go by the UK sticker.
How do I read the best before date?
It's printed month first, US style. So 03/06/2028 means 6 March 2028.
Can I take it with my other supplements?
Usually, yes. Check the labels so you don't double up on the same nutrient, and never go over the stated dose. If you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under medical supervision, check with your GP or pharmacist first.
How long before I notice anything?
Everyone is different. A supplement tops up your diet day after day, so take it every day and give it a couple of months to settle into your routine.
