For those with arthritis

Needs to get in system but works
My other half has have been using for nearly 4 months now has certainly reduced her inflammation in joints and a lot less flare up and when she does have a flare up it goes away sooner. Not an overnight thing needs a few months to get in your system but hasn't been using nearly as much pain relive since she started using this.

I purchased the turmeric as I heard it was beneficial for joint pain and has anti inflammatory benefits. I’ve suffered both sore joints and a bad back and since taking these my pain has dropped tremendously. It’s only been a month since I purchased these too so I’m excited to see how prolonged use will help my pain further. There's a particular kind of warmth in a kitchen where turmeric and ginger are on the go. Both are golden and fragrant, and they've been cooked together for a very long time. It's easy to see why people like to bring that pairing into their day.
Turmeric sits at the heart of this blend, and it comes in two forms. There's 1800mg of turmeric root, and alongside it 150mg of turmeric extract standardised to 95% curcuminoids, the compounds behind that deep golden colour. Standardising it means the strength is a measured figure rather than an estimate.
Around the turmeric there's 195mg of ginger root and a black pepper extract, which follows the old kitchen habit of pairing pepper with turmeric. Then come three smaller additions that make it rather more interesting: boswellia, a resin from the boswellia tree, bromelain from the stem of the pineapple, and MSM, a sulfur compound.
It's vegan and gluten-free, and there's nothing in the capsule that doesn't need to be there.
Take three capsules a day with food and a full glass of water. Some people like to take all three together at breakfast, and others spread them across their meals. Both work well, so choose whichever fits your day.

It's free from soya, gluten, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts and preservatives, and comes in a vegetarian capsule.
Why is there a UK sticker on the bottle?
The bottle carries its original US label, so we add a UK sticker with the nutrition information in the UK format. Go by the UK sticker.
How do I read the best before date?
It's printed month first, US style. So 03/06/2028 means 6 March 2028.
Can I take it with my other supplements?
Usually, yes. Check the labels so you don't double up on the same nutrient, and never go over the stated dose. If you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under medical supervision, check with your GP or pharmacist first.
How long before I notice anything?
