Refund policy

Our 30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with anything you've bought from us, send it back within 30 days of it arriving and we'll give you a full refund. It doesn't matter whether the bottle is opened or partly used. The guarantee applies once per product for each customer, so you can try anything in the range risk-free.

How to return something

1. Email support@naturelo.co.uk with your order number and a line about what's not right.
2. We'll send you a free Royal Mail returns label for any UK address.
3. Pop the bottle in the post and keep your proof of postage.

We'll refund you in full, to the way you paid, including any delivery charge you paid. Refunds usually show within 10 working days of the parcel reaching us.

Subscriptions

The guarantee covers every order, and you can skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account.

Damaged or faulty?

Email us a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement straight away. There's no need to send anything back.

Orders outside the UK

The guarantee still applies. We just can't provide a prepaid label, so return postage is at your cost.

This guarantee is on top of your legal rights as a consumer, never instead of them.
