My Fiance says these give him lots of energy-he actually asked for a new bottle when they ran out which is very unusual. I use the female version and we both find they are vety gentle on the stomach and make us feel good.

A breath of fresh air
It is a headache finding an organic multivitamin supplement. Naturelo is a breath of fresh air to find supplements that don’t handle their products in a factory that uses nuts as I have a nut allergy and uses organic ingredients. I was on the lookout for supplements that use natural ingredients as I’m training to be a long distance runner. After taking Naturelo daily I noticed that my endurance energy has increased and I feel faster. I felt better than I ever have.

Very good multivitamin
I feel that these vitamins are super absorbable as I have a autoimmune condition (Crohn's) which means I usually have poor nutrient absorption. Since taking these alongside a combination of other natural supplements my overall health and immune system has greatly improved!

I just love it.
Covers all bases!
A decent all rounder which covers all bases when it comes to vitamin intake. The best thing is that this vitamin is a whole food multi and no synthetics are used so your body will absorb the nutrients instead of them passing through! This is very important to me when purchasing supplements and so this is why I opted for this product. Although it is difficult to gauge any specific effects with this product I can safely say I haven't been sick whilst taking these and will carry on doing so.

Love the fact that these vitamins are extracted from organic whole foods are non GMO and have been screened to make sure they don’t contain any heavy metals etc. It’s also difficult to find supplements in capsule form that don’t contain loads of unnecessary or unhealthy fillers so I’m really pleased to have found these.
Good and constant energy
I bought these for my partner as the Women's version worked so well for me. He was a smoker at the time and as smoking depletes so many vitamins especially C I felt he really needed something. It's easy for him to remember as it's just one capsule. Anyway he gave up smoking a couple of weeks ago and his energy levels shot up.. Not really any withdrawal symptoms except a little grouchiness. :) I am sure that these vitamins had a lot to do with how rapidly he bounced back. Will buy them again.
Best multivitamin
The best one a day multivitamin I've used the ingredients are from natural sources eg Vit C from cherries folate not folic acid and includes K2 MK7 which most supplements don't. Also sensible quantities not the ridiculously high amounts of some vitamins and minerals found in some other multivits which are not only unnecessary but possibly work against the body's natural metabolism in the long term.

I have been taking this product for nearly two years and it certainly keeps an 80 year old man on his toes. The great thing is its all natural and iron free which is important as men should really only take iron on medical advice. It has regularly been top of multivitamin quality surveys. I am delighted that Naturelo have now a UK base as it makes obtaining them so much easier. I f you want a one a day multivitamin made from natural products without binders or additives like lactose etc etc and which meet the latest medical advice for quantities etc then I would thouroughly recommend.

What's the difference between this and the Men's Complete?
The One Daily is one capsule a day. The Men's Complete is four capsules a day, with higher amounts and added whole-food and herbal blends.
Why is there a UK sticker on the bottle?
The bottle carries its original US label, so we add a UK sticker with the nutrition information in the UK format. Go by the UK sticker.
How do I read the best before date?
It's printed month first, US style. So 03/06/2028 means 6 March 2028.
Can I take it with my other supplements?
Usually, yes. Check the labels so you don't double up on the same nutrient, and never go over the stated dose. If you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under medical supervision, check with your GP or pharmacist first.
How long before I notice anything?
Everyone is different. A supplement tops up your diet day after day, so take it every day and give it a couple of months to settle into your routine.
